  • Uploaded files, including Excel spreadsheets used for Profit Manager imports and documents submitted for bill scanning or related workflows

Users are responsible for managing invited users and ensuring that access is granted appropriately.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. International Users

Profit Manager is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Profit Manager is currently being made available on a controlled-access beta basis through access codes. Features, data flows, integrations, and functionality may change over time. We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy will apply going forward.
