Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
Last Updated: July 5, 2026
Profit Manager is operated by Ag View Solutions LLC ("Ag View," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3238 Jamestown Ave, Rowley, IA 52329.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the Profit Manager application, related websites, and services, including through farmprofitmanager.app and agviewsolutions.com (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from connected third-party services.
A. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization and entity names (including parent and child entities)
- Account credentials and profile information
- Farm financial data, including crop budgets, expenses, income, balance sheets, cash flow, loans, and overhead costs
- Farm operations data, including equipment inventory, field boundaries and locations, planting records, chemical applications, and land share arrangements
- Marketing data, including grain sales, contracts, and pricing targets
- Uploaded files, including Excel spreadsheets used for Profit Manager imports and documents submitted for bill scanning, AI extraction, or related workflows
- Prompts, questions, and chat messages you submit to the AI assistant
- Voice recordings, when you use voice input features — the audio is sent to our transcription provider (OpenAI) to convert your speech to text; it is used only for transcription, not to identify you by voice
- Bank and financial-account information you choose to connect through Plaid, including account and transaction data used for accounting and reconciliation
- Payment and billing information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers
- Communications you send to us, including messages submitted through in-app contact forms or support channels
B. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, such as:
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Pages viewed and feature usage data
- Referring pages
- General location information derived from IP address
- Session and authentication information
- Product analytics events (such as which features you use and interact with)
We may collect this information using cookies, similar technologies, server logs, and analytics tools.
C. Information from Third-Party Integrations
If you connect external services to Profit Manager, we may receive information from those services based on the permissions you grant. This may include:
- QuickBooks data, such as expenses, account balances, and related accounting records
- John Deere Operations Center™ data, such as equipment, fields, and operational records
- Market data providers, for displaying commodity and futures prices (we generally do not send your personal data to these providers)
We only access and use third-party account data in accordance with the permissions granted by the user and the applicable third-party platform requirements.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and manage user accounts, organizations, and child entities
- Authenticate users and secure access to the Services
- Import, organize, display, and analyze farm and business data
- Power AI features, including the AI assistant, AI-generated reports and summaries, and document/bill scanning
- Support connected integrations and data syncing
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related communications
- Respond to support requests and communicate with users
- Monitor performance, usage, and adoption of product features
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access

- Comply with legal obligations
3. Artificial Intelligence Features
Profit Manager uses third-party AI providers — Anthropic (for the AI assistant, AI-generated reports and summaries, and bill/document scanning and extraction) and OpenAI (for converting voice input to text) — to power AI features.
When you use an AI feature, we send the relevant prompt and supporting context — which may include portions of your farm, financial, operational, or uploaded document data — to the applicable AI provider to generate a response. Under our current commercial agreements with these providers, they do not use the inputs or outputs from our use of their APIs to train their models, and they retain that data only for a limited period for abuse monitoring before deleting it. These terms are set by the providers and may change; we will update this Policy if our arrangements materially change.
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. See our Terms of Service for the full AI disclaimer.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:
- User authentication and session management (Supabase Auth)
- Security and fraud prevention
- Remembering preferences
- Analytics and performance monitoring (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, PostHog, and Sentry)
PostHog captures product analytics events about how features of the app are used (for example, page views and feature interactions). We use this to understand adoption and improve the product.
Sentry also records product session replays — recordings of how users interact with the app (such as which screens and controls are used) — to help us diagnose problems and improve the product. These replays are configured to mask on-screen text and form inputs, so the specific financial figures you view or type are not captured.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
5. Benchmarking and Aggregated Data
Profit Manager offers an optional benchmarking feature that compares your farm's performance to aggregated peer data. Participation in benchmarking is opt-in and off by default.
If you choose to opt in:
- We use de-identified and aggregated metrics from your farm financial and operational data to contribute to benchmark datasets
- Benchmarks are designed so that individual farms and users are not identifiable in the results shown to other users
- Your name, organization name, and contact information are not shared with other users through benchmarking
- You can opt out at any time through your account settings; opting out stops future contributions, though previously contributed aggregated data may remain in historical benchmarks
You own your farm data. We use it only to provide the Services and, if you opt in, to build de-identified, aggregated benchmarks. Benchmarks are suppressed for any group too small to protect individual farms from being identified, and we do not attempt to re-identify contributed data.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information in the following circumstances:
A. Service Providers and Subprocessors
We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services. We keep this list current; when we add or change a subprocessor we update this list and the "Last Updated" date above.

- Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, product analytics, and performance monitoring
- Anthropic — AI provider for the AI assistant, reports, and document extraction (prompts and relevant context)
- OpenAI — voice-to-text transcription (voice recordings and a vocabulary hint drawn from your crop and field names)
- Plaid — bank-account connection and transaction import (bank and card account/transaction data you choose to connect)
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing (name, email, and billing details)
- Postmark — email delivery, including login codes, notifications, and product emails (recipient email and message contents)
- PostHog — product analytics (usage events and a user identifier)
- Sentry — error monitoring and product session replay (diagnostic data and masked session recordings)
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) — bot and abuse prevention at sign-up and login (IP address and challenge-interaction signals)
- Mapbox — map imagery for field maps (map viewport and field coordinates)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting of John Deere data exports we retrieve on your behalf
When you connect an integration, information is also exchanged with that provider — for example QuickBooks (Intuit) and John Deere Operations Center™ — as necessary to enable it.
B. Connected Services and Integrations
When you choose to connect third-party integrations, information may be exchanged between Profit Manager and the connected provider as necessary to enable the integration.
C. Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
D. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- Enforce our agreements and policies
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Ag View Solutions LLC, our users, or others
- Detect or prevent fraud or security issues
E. With Your Direction or Consent
We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
After account termination, you may request an export of your User Content for a reasonable window (generally 30 days). After that window, we may delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law, for recordkeeping of billing and tax records, or for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These include encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database, and authentication through Supabase Auth. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:
- Access certain information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of certain information
- Request an export of your data in a portable format
- Request information about how your data is used
- Opt out of benchmarking and certain non-essential communications
To make a request, contact us using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Team Accounts, Multi-Entity Structures, and Shared Access
Profit Manager allows organizations to invite additional users, team members, employees, or advisors to access an account or organization workspace, and to structure their account as a parent organization with one or more child entities. Data within a workspace or child entity may be visible to authorized users associated with that organization, subject to account permissions and role settings.
The account owner of the parent organization controls user access across child entities. Users are responsible for managing invited users and ensuring that access is granted appropriately.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. See our Terms of Service for eligibility requirements.
12. International Users
Profit Manager is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, platforms, or integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Product Changes
Profit Manager is actively evolving. Features, data flows, integrations, subprocessors, and functionality may change over time. We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy will apply going forward.
